How do you take Cedar X Formula vs Cedar X®?
Cedar X Formula is a homeopathic tincture that can be added to water or taken under the tongue. The flavor is very mildly citrusy, but often can't be tasted when added to water. We recommend 6-10 drops for adults, 3-6 drops for children under 50 lbs and 1-3 drops for pets.
Cedar X® is an essential oil blend that is applied to the wrist. Hold the bottle upside down for a few seconds to let only one drop of oil drip onto your wrist. Then gently rub wrists together and inhale. Cedar X® can also be applied to the bottoms of the feet near the toes. Take a hot shower after applying and enjoy the great cedar scent and sinus opening benefits.
What are the ingredients of Cedar X Formula vs Cedar X®?
Cedar X Formula is made from homeopathic dilutions, including the dilutions for Red Cedar, Juniper and several ingredients for allergic symptoms such as sneezing, cough, fatigue and skin issues. The dilutions are suspended in water, with citric acid and potassium sorbate to preserve the formula. Our homeopathic formulas do not contain any alcohol.
Cedar X® is made from seven essential oils including Atlas Cedar, Cedar Leaf and Frankincense. We use Sweet Almond as our carrier oil.
How often do you take Cedar X Formula vs Cedar X®?
Both Cedar X Formula and Cedar X® should be taken every 4 hours, while you're experiencing symptoms or cedar is in the air.

How many drops are in Cedar X Formula vs Cedar X®?
Cedar X Formula comes in 1oz or 2oz bottles. Our 1oz bottles contain 590 drops, about 15 days worth of product if used as directed. Our 2oz bottles contain 1180 drops, about 30 days worth of product, if used as directed.
Cedar X® contains 100 drops of oil or about 25 days worth of product, if used as directed.
Are Cedar X Formula and Cedar X® safe for kids or during pregnancy?
Cedar X Formula is safe for children under 50 lbs and during pregnancy. We recommend checking with a healthcare professional if you have concerns.

Are Cedar X Formula and Cedar X® safe for pets?
Cedar X Formula is safe for pets! It can be added to your pet's water or food. We do not recommend putting the dropper directly into your pet's mouth, due to contamination, which can affect the quality of the product.
Cedar X® is not safe for pets. Essential oils can be toxic to animals and should not be used directly on their skin or diffused around them.
Do Cedar X Formula and Cedar X® expire?
Cedar X Formula has a 3 year expiration from the manufacture date.
Cedar X® has a 5 year expiration from the manufacture date.
Both Cedar X® and Cedar X Formula are safe to take for multiple cedar seasons. We recommend storing your bottles in a cool, dark place such as a cabinet for best results.
Can I diffuse Cedar X®?
Cedar X® is safe to use in an aromatherapy diffuser and a great way to get added benefit if you share space with other cedar sufferers.
